An organic plant-powered skincare line, harnessing the power of nature to help everyone feel confident and comfortable in their skin.

I came alongside a newly formed Province Apothecary in 2015, tasked with refining and creating a fuller more comprehensive brand identity from existing assets. Since then, I have helped to build and elevate the brand across all print and digital channels, as they have grown exponentially into an award-winning establishment in the North American indie beauty scene.

In working together for 7 years, I helped to launch various products and develop client-facing communications, growing a loyal consumer base; both through an online community, via local events and the opening of their flagship store & spa in Toronto. Simultaneously, I have engaged their B2B market, as we built relationships and became stocked by countless house-hold name retailers internationally.

Most recently my focus was to design new methods of consumer engagement.

This has been achieved through an entire packaging overhaul with a focus on sustainability, compliant for both US and Canadian markets — as well as through product specific landing web pages. These pages are accessed by QR codes on in-store promotional displays and packaging. They provide an enhanced on-the-go customer experience, promoting in-depth and accessible product knowledge, both at home and in a retail environment.

Working with this women-owned business has been continually meaningful due to their inclusive and intersectional approach to the beauty industry. As well as their commitment to being certified organic, vegan, and cruelty free, while striving towards more sustainable practices in their sourcing, packaging and everyday practices.
